    close to the airport

all the reste was low standards

  • 4.2
    Guest rating

The hotel is the nearest accommodation to the International Airport and a courtesy shuttle bus is provided between the airport and hotel.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and a certain amount of disruption is to be expected. The rooms themselves are basic, but comfortable; The hotel accomodation has a hostel like appeal.

Location; the only airport nearby the airport. Room is very well equiped actually with everything one might need but...

Very old hotel and everything seems to be from the seventies. It is under renovation now and must become a good thing after all that.

The location of the hotel is close to the airport and this is the only positive point we could mention.

If you are honest and good willing you can give 1* for this kind of facility. It is never ever a 4* hotel like mentioned. It is completely under renovation, which is absolutely necessary. The atmosphere in a train station is more appealing than in this hotel. On the top the hotel staff tries to cheat on you concerning the price which is booked through Booked.net. They want to charge you with a higher price according to their system. They complain about Booked.net but it is their own responsibillity. So be aware: Do not pay more than you have confirmed! It is a pitty that you do not have an alternative to stay overnight at the airport, but you should really consider driving downtown rather than staying in this hotel. Never ever again!

    Good

The only reason one would stay here is it's location near the airport. There is also a bus shuttle with the airport. Good is in principle that breakfast starts at 5 am and that 24hrs a day it can even be ordered to your room. The problem is however, that this does not really work. As we had to go away by 4.45 am we ordered it for 4 am, but by 4.30 it hadn't come.

For Jordan this is a relatively expensive hotel. The price thru bookings is without tax which makes it even nearly 20 JD more expensive. Moreover, there is a kind of bureaucratic atmosphere. People promise you all kinds of things, but service is very very slow. The personnel doesn't give the impression that it really matters to them.

nothing except that it is 2 minutes drive from the airport.

the hotel is under renovation and it looks more like a 2* hotel instead of a 4*!

  • 3.2

Very close to the airport and free shuttle.

The hotel is under renovation but mentioned at time of booking. In brief, this hotel should be 2 Star.

    Fabulous

    Staff were very helpful

Why is there no coffee in the lobby for the early morning flight? Breakfest is paid one way or another?

It is near the airport, so is convenient.

The hotel was being renovated during our stay, so the atmosphere was not very welcoming. The price of the room was too high for a hotel in these conditions. On a different note, the pillows were too hard.

It was convienient to the airport

The hotel was going through a major refit which caused a lot of disruption and discomfort. But this was not reflected in the price.

Basic hotel - close to hotel.

The airconditioner in our room did not work. Had to sleep with the window open. Very noisy because of traffic & people noise. When informed staff did not offer an alternative room - just suggested we slept with the window open. Hotel under renovation - renovated areas were not screen off. The room rate was poor value for what was provided.

Proximity to airport, clean, comfortable bed.

A hotel that is relying wholly on its proximity to the airport and therefore everything is tired and at the bare minimum. Hopefully the current works will bring it up to its alleged four star status - it currently does not warrant three. Staff are equally lack lustre and impolite.

    The room was clean

Staff were unhelpful and rude. Building works going on were unpleasant and noisy. The internet did not work. The worst hotel we stayed in in Jordan, very disappointing

How close it is to the airport

its in horrendous condition! even though its under renovation, this was not the main problem. the main problem is that its a dirty awful old hotel that really shouldn't be allowed to have the Golden Tulip brand!!
