    Fabulous

The hotel is very close to Amman airport and it therefore ideal for people in transit rather than to be used as a base for an extended stay. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport.

The Hotel is classified as a 4* however I do not feel that this is accurate more 3* but for the convienience of being next to the airport you have to consicer paying a premium. The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovation work (May 2010) which some guests may find disruptive however for a one night stay this is not was not a problem and all facilities were accessable.

    Fabulous

Best choice to sleep ASAP in case of late landing in AMM

They'll add 17% to the price you will see here

    Good

Convinient location and shuttle to the airport. Ok restaurant, fair enough rooms.

Crowdy and a bit run down

    Fabulous

Free airport shuttle, free internet, special on beer in the lounge.

A completely drunk Russiian urinated outside my room and the urine ran into my room.

    Fabulous

Great location convenient for an early departure at the airport.

    Very good

It was relatively quiet despite the fact that people were coming and going. The room was fine. They serve breakfast very early so you need not sacrifice the meal to make an early flight.

Construction underway so that things were in a bit of disarray. Would recommend hotel for people who have early morning flights out of teh amman airport

    Superb

I stayed in a recently refurbished room which was excellent. The lifts had also recently been replaced. The hotel is in the process of being tranformed from being one of the worst hotels in Amman into a good standard hotel which I would use in the future

    Very good

Whilst our room was brand new and very comfortable and the location is is very convenient to the Queen Alia Airport.

The hotel is very overpriced for what it is - it is quite literally building site and query whether it should be open at all. Works started outside our room at 7am which was unfortunate as we'd only checked in about 1.30am. I would only recommend staying here if you arrive late into Amman, are leaving early the next day and don't need to go into the city. The reception area has heavy works being carried out and the check-in/check-out arrangements have no structure, people just push and shove. The breakfast was very poor.

    Superb

I liked the new swimming pool and the outdoor large screen T.V. Also the new style rooms.

    Nothing

Everything. Each person in this hotel has his own regulation. Upon arrival I checked in and paid the fees for the whole stay. She told me that the pool will open from 10:00 AM to 5:00PM because of Ramadan. The next day we go to the pool, the man in charge told us that it will not open before 11:30 AM because he has to clean it (as if he cannot do it before) He took his time and discussed with his colleagues in oprder to delay us. I asked to see the manager of the Hotel and after a discussion with him we succeded to swim at around 11:15 AM. The other bad experience is the security some makes normal check one of them compelled us to go back to my room in order to get passeports else we cannot leave the hotel. He was not authorized to do it as he was not a police man. The last thing Before leaving I was obliged to pay twice the fees as he told me that the first staff made me pay only one night. Although, they confirmed me that they charged me all fees at check in. I wud like if possible to publish their bill to show people the MICMAC they do in this hotel. which nothing is clear.

The reception employee I think his name is Yazan..was elegant in his way of doing his job.. Nice baby crib room was clean amenities varies nicely Security were freindly bellboys were helpfull clean reception area

The receiptionest who checked us out..we paid upon check in -was with jacket and mostach-..and after we had room service..in the morning we wanted to pay then have breakfast which we paid for though in the booking it was included..his way of talking was like if we were theives.. We ordered tabouleh and greek salad from room service..it was good but it arrived with catchup and spicy souce instead of salt..lemon maybe.. Breafast selection is disaster..old..no healthy section..bread is a week old and dry..it could be better shuttle bus upon arrival since I already requested once I made the booking.. --

    Very good

very close to airport easy free transport to airport

breakfast is poor too expensive for what it is (close to airport therefore facilitating travel if arriving very late into Amman)

  • 8.8
    Superb

    Location

Free WiFi was advertised, but that is not true. You get charged for it and it is not cheap. I even showed them the paper that says "free WiFi" and that did not mean anything to them. Only plan to use then in the future , if I have too

The location was perfect for late or early flights. Breakfast is very good. Security was given good attention. Staff is very helpful & prompt.
